We at Edimart consider openness and inclusiveness to be self-evident values. We only judge our colleagues and partners based on their performance, regardless of their gender, nationality, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.
We think that it is increasingly important to make our openness visible to others; therefore, we decided to join the non-profit organization called We Are Open.
We fully support the mission of We Are Open, which is why we want to make it clear to the public that openness is a key value in our company, and we intend to help publicize the merits of openness more widely.
In line with the manifesto of We Are Open, we consider it to be a fundamental value to only judge others by their performance or actions, regardless of their gender, age, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, origin, political, religious or other beliefs, or physical and other abilities.
